Return policy
Orders are shipped across South Africa from our Durban studio. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Standard returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it if it is:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Custom prints
Items made with a name, photo or custom message usually cannot be returned once production has started, unless they are faulty. Message us before you order if you are unsure.
How to start a return
WhatsApp 067 144 2132 or email info@malaikacreations.co.za with your order number. We will send return instructions.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
